When you buy or lease equipment from Condor, you benefit from what we believe is truly the best service support team in the country.

Out of a company of 38 very hard working people, 17 are highly trained service engineers. There is also an internal support team taking service calls, logging them on our system, and processing them to make sure our customers are always thoroughly delighted. We guarantee you will not be held in a queue until a call representative is available to help you. All incoming service calls are answered very promptly within seconds.

We pay our engineers the best rates of pay and fully Canon train them. We really do look after them. By doing this, we attract the very best and they stay and build a career with us.

On average, we aim to be on site within 4 working hours. Carrying a substantial variation of parts enables most calls to be fixed first time, with no time wasted rebooking the call for parts that need to be ordered.
