In July 2003 the dedication of our staff in living by these ideals was recognised by Canon UK, the market leading manufacturer for photocopiers and printers. Canon spent the first 6 months of the year monitoring all of their resellers in terms of service quality. They measured such criteria as response times to machine breakdowns, IT competence, spare parts stock holding, technician training and customer satisfaction.

Condor are delighted to be one of only five in the whole of the UK and the only company south of the M4 to achieve the highest possible grade, that of Elite partner status.

At Canon’s most recent audit, the story gets even better. Not only did we achieve Elite Partner Status once again but we came top of the pile. Yes, that’s No 1 in the UK.
